So one of my favorite ‘barely any calories’ drink to make are the Crystal Light pouches to pitchers. Because I’ve been trying to add more fresh fruits to my diet, this is perfect and the picture pretty much explains it all.
In your blender slice a banana, an apple, and add a cup of the Crystal Light of your choice, then blend away. You can also add some ice cubes to chill it up if you wish or even set it in the freezer for a little while! That’s it, super easy and a super great afternoon snack or maybe even a sweet before bedtime treat that won’t cost you an arm (or butt) in calories, Enjoy :)
